Oh, I’m talking open mocking. Not personal bad experience (although I’m sure that had something to do it with it).

I’m understanding of people sharing negative experiences but mockery isn’t acceptable. If someone had said similar about the LGBT community they’d be booted.

I get that.

But if you are hosting a “safe space”, you have to be able to keep it that. Bring in any hate and it is no longer a safe space.

I have had my beliefs mocked in one before and that is considered acceptable.

I implemented a three strike rule years ago. You cancel plans three times with no effort to reschedule, I don’t bother.

You don’t reply to 3 messages or calls? I don’t message or call again until you do.

Worked wonders.

I gave up. Hence my social circle is tiny.
