Salute to Freecycle for that one guy who gave away an almost-new electric fireplace two years ago. Wherever he is, I hope he is having an amazing Thanksgiving cause I am especially grateful for him today. It is 30 degrees (feels like 18 degrees) and I have not moved in 30 minutes. #HappyThanksgiving

AI and ChatGPT are failing me. They got this all screwed up and don't recognize Walter Mosley for being biracial with a Jewish parent. It's saying Easy Rawlings is. I don't recall what Easy looked like. Mosley spent so much more time describing the women. I'm gonna hold some of these books (again).

A couple houses are used to give away canned goods and packaged food. I think these were book houses, but they used theirs for a different reason since we already have so many. (This is the Chicago news you NEVER read about on mainstream channels.) Neighbors and churches fill them daily.

By the way, my neighborhood has at least five library lending boxes. I'm forever taking books out of there. Only time I hold books at the library is if they're new. Exhibit A and B. (My father does what you do. He'll hold 20-30 books and try to read them all, NOT DO IT, and keep renewing them.)

I wasn't sure about purple and brown, but I love the bridesmaids (Ladies of Honor) brown dresses. Those are stunning. The purple wedding dress is too Gem and the Rockers (or Jessica Rabbit) for me. The split is too "nightclub" to me. The veil is weird too. #TheBraxtons To each her own. 🤷♀️

I've lost count of the amount of ppl who complained about something to me. If it's serious, I go straight into what can I legally do to resolve the issue (letters, petitions, state-level complaints, Small Claims court, elections, etc.). And 98% of COMPLAINERS then scatter. Activism can be draining.

I feel the same way about marketing companies using alarm clock "anh! anh! anh!" noises as I do rappers using police sirens as beats. I'm muting it and skipping it as soon as I hear it. I hate this Vimergy commercial so much. This is "brain body damage" not "brain body recharge."

As much as I haaaaaaated living in Michigan, specifically the UP, I'm counting off Detroit people in my head. Even the couple I didn't get along with weren't bad on the eyes. Crazy as all hell but dressed like magazine covers.
