Fed cuts rates. 3 dissents (Miran for 50bps, Goolsbee/Schmid for no cut). 4 other officials registered soft dissents by submitting a forecast for rates to have ended the year higher than the actual level after today's move. Most expect 1 cut next year, although 7 forecast none
