That’s why I hope path of titans comes to steam someday. Or Linux gets more user friendly. I have little hope for either of those outcomes though. I don’t play non steam games currently, except the old ones I load through virtualbox on my desktop computer.

I know. I just don’t know how to load a game that is not on Steam on the steam deck because I basically can only handle using the Steam interface. Booting into Linux is a massive pain to me.

I actually met someone in a grocery store who saw my velociraptor beanie and asked if I played Path of Titans and that’s how I found out it even existed.

I am very proud of those. It might have been one I just kind of obtained from my mom because I have all of her stamps in there. The dinosaur stuff is all mine but the fantasy and sci fi is mostly hers.

Both are the kind of humanity hopecore I need. But Contact for nostalgic reasons, and because it got me to get a HAM license.

Shrines are how I deal with people and pet deaths (they are the same to me). It can be something as simple as a hat on a shelf or as complex as a mantle covered in photos and belongings. For when you don’t have objects, I might make a donation in their memory or do an activity they liked.

I love rewatching movies. When I was little I got to pick one movie to rent for the week and I would rewatch it all week long until the next movie. I space out my watches once yearly now and have certain movies for certain seasons. Fall is sinking ship movies, June is storm movies, etc.

My sibling sent me a photo of themselves at the bottom of a 10ft hole they dug into the beach the first time they went to California and I almost had a heart attack. Everyone they’d sent it to blew up their phone texting them to get out.
