I've been getting alot of restlessness in these last few days. More than usual. Finding I'm rocking quite a bit today. I think it's the medication that does it. Perhaps end of depot stuff.

It was pouring with rain this morning. It seems to have stopped for now. I have had my depot injection. Just going to get some milk from Aldi then home.

Done my evening prayer from the daily prayer app. The prayers today even quoted Ecclesiasticus and the book of wisdom from the Apocrypha (outside the Bible canon). I have the last advent compline (night prayer) to look forward tonight on zoom with my church.

I was at Church this morning to help out. Finished off some PAT testing and moved a few things. Played with the Dog as well. He seemed to want belly rubs today so gave him those too.

It's been rather quiet day really. I spent a lot of time hugging Snoopy. Though I did do some laundry and sort my 3 bins.
I have had the promethazine on my bedside ready to use this week but only had it in the evenings.

I've been out for a walk this morning. I have seen 5 Dogs 🐕. I saw a black curly haired dog and the pair of beagles again.

I was sitting with Snoopy doing the evening prayer from the daily prayer app. We are waiting and hoping for our Lord Jesus Christ.

I watched a movie this afternoon called 'Merv'. Which is about a Dog who gets depressed because his owners split up. They take him on a dog themed holiday. It was funny and nice to see the lots of dogs.

I've been for a walk this morning. I saw 2 Dogs 🐕. Saw a nice grey curly haired Dog. Not sure if the grey meant he was old or just his breed. He had bits of black fur.

After an afternoon nap I was watching short YouTube videos. One was comparing the Christian denominations, another pagan and Christian tradition and another explaining Jesus' parables. It was interesting.

Wonderful service in Church again today. It's the 3rd Sunday of advent. I had the bread and wine as usual. Then tea after the service for a quick chat.

Done my evening prayers. Feet were cold so got under my duvet with Snoopy and put the electric blanket on. I'm much more warmer now. I briefly was reflecting on my life earlier but tried to think what Jesus would say with love and kindness.

Looking forward to church tomorrow. It will be my last one for a while as the following weeks service isn't on as there doing Christmas carols in the evening which isn't really for me. I don't go to the communion on Christmas midnight as it's late and difficult to get home.

A week's worth of supermarket shopping 🛒 has been delivered so I'm all stocked up which is a blessing 😇. I've been out for a walk and seen 2 Dogs 🐕. It's a nice sunny ☀️ day out there.

Snoopy is being well behaved and not eating my Friday burger and chips. Pleased to have survived another week. Things seem ok this week except last Tuesday afternoon with that odd anxiety/disassociating feeling. Hopefully won't happen again.

My 4 weekly anti-psychotic depot is next due on Thursday. I need to be vigilant now as often I can struggle in the last week. I must remember to use promethazine if need be.

I managed to collect my fortnightly medication from the pharmacy. I got a bit overwhelmed by the noise and busyness. I think all the vehicles and people near the parade of shops got to me today.

Heard from the council a few weeks today after providing details of my criminal record (eg. The incident 2 years ago). Seems it hasn't affected my application which is good. I was able to bid for properties yesterday ok so maybe it's ok now and will continue.

I was a bit late getting out this morning. It's very mild out. I saw 2 Dogs 🐕 in the distance on the way back. One looked quite big as if he/she might be an Irish wolfhound.

I listened to 2 sermons by Tim Keller and a Bible Project podcast whilst hugging Snoopy. It made me feel loved by Christ. Looks like there is another prayer on tonight on zoom with my church so will probably join that too.

I've been for a walk this morning. I saw one Dog🐕, a Cat 🐱 and a Robin. I feel lethargic but will keep drinking tea as I usually do to help wake me up.

Took my meds and done evening prayer from the daily prayer app. They sung Mary's Magnificat again - I like it when they do that. I have compline (night prayer) to look forward to from Church on Zoom later tonight. It's become a restorative and restful day in Christ.

Today I have been trying not to think too much about myself and focus on Jesus. It seems to have worked to far. I think I could get really down if I didn't.

An anxious start to the day but progressively felt better. I listened to 2 sermons by Tim Keller. He mentioned the Epistles of John so I read those from the New Testament and read some commentaries. I finished off with listening to a Bible Project podcast on Sermon on the Mount.
