a key part of the Trump 2.0 agenda has been a series of lopsided, precedent-ignoring Supreme Court rulings that basically make it largely impossible for regulators to do their jobs, but somehow journalists at key institutions don't think that's IMPORTANT FUCKING CONTEXT
