The "don't pour your beer from the can/bottle onto the side of the glass to reduce head cuz then you'll have more bubbles in your stomach" seems like real stupid advice to me, the beer is supposed to be drank from the can/bottle in the first place!! There are the right amount of bubbles in there!!!

The Court next addresses the credibility of the parties’ evidence and witnesses. After reviewing all the evidence submitted to the Court and listening to the testimony elicited at the preliminary injunction hearing, during depositions, and in other court proceedings, the Court finds Defendants’ evidence simply not credible. Plaintiffs submitted a mountain of evidence, providing the Court with over eighty declarations, numerous videos and articles, and other evidence. Defendants did not rebut anything that Plaintiffs set forth in their declarations or testimony, even with BWC footage.
[FN 6] In another case considering some of the same evidence presented to this Court, another court in this district also found that the perceptions of certain of Defendants’ declarants, such as Hott and Parra, were not reliable. For me a *great* burger has to be able to be medium rare, so smash burgers can only be good at best. The steakhouse burger's problems were things like being tall, falling apart, or yeah a too plump patty. But what actually needs to be acknowledged in all this...is the importance of the bun
i've seen more and more people dissatisfied with the omnipresence of the smash burger and yet i see none offering an alternative that's not a regression to the overly plump steakhouse burgers that necessitated its smashing. just a lot of grousing with no new ideas. very curious!
