I just graded 1st dan in Aiki Toho Iai / #nishio Toho #iaido (an intricate and beautiful form of iaido that connects with #aikido principles). Directly to Iwakata-sensei.
Not my best performance in my view but sensei stated it was good and nice pace with no major complaints.

I'm still proud of Sweden for breaking its pattern, and send something "not so polished, not so damn serious" act as KAJ was.
And just the fact we sent something in Swedish language, which Sweden hasn't since the removal of "the language ban" in 1998, is worth a 12 points by its own!
