Yup. Been there done that. And snowboarded down from the top, er mouth of the crater. It was spectacular, and not very difficult for someone in decent physical shape to do.

More than 50% of this funding was allocated for direct incentive payments to farmers. USDA says it is going to relaunch program as Advancing Markets for Producers Initiative. We'll see if they get back to promoting and rewarding sustainable farming.
