ARTISTS If you're burned out, take a damn break!
"Pushing through it" doesn't work, you'll make the burnout worse.
"I have to do it" isn't a good excuse for ignoring mental & physical health, you'll end up breaking.
Take the kind of break that works for you so you don't end up hating art forever.
