Infinity Train isn't my fave animated show but it's lived rent free in my head since I first watched it. It tapped into something truly rare and distinct, a vibe that's about as close to Clive Barker circa 1989 as you can possibly get in children's media, and I say that as a huge fucking compliment.

I've seen the same ad for discount AI "creator" courses 3 days in a row, each one preying on FOMO by claiming that the offer ends tonight: this struck me as duplicitous until I realized they adjust the discount by 1% every day, from 70 to 69 to 68 etc so *technically* each offer only lasts 24 hours.

Alright: finished Constance. It's a very nice piece about mental illness wrapped up in a pretty decent Metroidvania. Don't expect a real barnburner like Hollow Knight, Blasphemous or Rusted Moss but if you have any appetite left for 'vanias this year after Silksong I'd definitely say give it a look.
