'Why don't we just move platform now?' I was asked in an advice meeting recently
There's a temptation to move to greener pastures especially if your community UX is suffering.
Important to first get direction, a plan, and a basic operating framework so you don't take those problems with you too

Honestly, it is possible to think 'I work hard to earn money; I deserve that money' and *also* 'it would be good if we created a more equal society: I'll help'. Exhausting to see everything presented as a fight to the death between those two ideas, seemingly forever.

What a bizarre premise. How young does the FL look in this drama? Why can't the ML find a shirt that buttons all the way up? Who leaves a shirt behind on a plane? How is she surviving with no budget?
