Prepping breakfast meals because it's a big game changer to start with a nutritious meal everyday. For fast nutrition, I have been making smoothies. I learned from this week is that 32% of young adolescents are obese/overweight. It scares how many of these children will develop health disease. In my future practice, I am willing to consider nutritional factors when educating patients. I should exercise more. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

A barrier I struggle with is being influenced by unhealthy diets of friends and family. My mom is a fan of unhealthy snacks and frozen made foods which influences me to feel lazy and also not want to cook real food as well. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I never knew vitamin A could help with treating measles which is very interesting! Sending these vitamin A supplements are very helpful towards communities which lower vaccination rates and those with limited access. It's a great solution towards preventing outbreaks. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
