It must be so much easier for the US government to push this nonsense about the war on drugs when education in geography seems to be so catastrophically poor in the US. I genuinely saw someone trying to argue that it was about positioning to retake the Panama Canal the other day.

The whole of Colombia is between Venezuela and Panama. And even if they went for Colombia next, there's still the Darien Gap between there and the Canal, where there are no roads.

In Scotland and Wales the Secs of State are only supposed to concern themselves with retained powers and how they're operating in our nations.

But their offices just get bigger and their political overreach constantly increases.

The fact is, Labour would just like to roll back devolution.
