Saying needle phobia is more common among antivaxers is not the same as saying needle phobia is the whole reason for antivaxers. Some part of it is needle stuff (which is why the imagery is so damaging) but a lot of it is disinformation, ideology, etc. No need to blame needle-phobic folk en masse.
