I was discussing with a friend last week how it seemed like they were not selling at sustainable prices relative to competitors. Oops?
NEW: Rad Power Bikes has told employees it will go out of business in January without new funding.
The company said in a staff email that it had a "very promising" option to stay alive, but whatever that was, it fell apart.

Related to perhaps my biggest parenting fail moment, where I tried to explain the distinction between swears and slurs, went on an overly deep digression about the civil war, and briefly had my half-listening son thinking that the white people were the enslaved ones
Our goal was that our kids not be the ones teaching the swear words to the other kids on the playground. I think we succeeded in that.
They are 16+ now and well beyond our ability to have much control of their media consumption.

Non-parents, please understand that there are two choices with young kids:
1) let them interact with other kids, at which point they absolutely will learn about the existence of age-inappropriate media (FNAF, South Park, etc)
2) a level of social isolation that is both abusive and impractical

From what I gather, he claimed he gave all the evidence to a lawyer, put up a GoFundMe, then disappeared off the internet. Everyone's gotta cash in somehow.
Gonna go out on a limb here and say that the guy who apparently thinks there's a specific IP address for Mike Johnson doesn't really have the goods
"[This] gentleman is threatening to release Speaker Mike Johnson’s Grindr profile and IP address if the newly appointed Arizona rep is not sworn in by Wednesday."

All drug use outside palliative care should be criminalized and possession of dealer quantities should be punishable by death without appeal.

One of the huge perks of working at a software company is, when there's something about the product that bothers you personally, you can get your hands dirty and find out why it's basically impossible to get fixed

This is basically KBCS, which costs $1.1M/year to run. Any billionaire could be running dozens of them
If I had the money, I’d buy up a bunch of rural radio stations, play alt-country, bluegrass, and old time, and hire progressive pastors as the hosts. They could preach actual Christian values like tolerance, equity, etc. Labor organizers as invited guests. A counter to religious right talk radio
