My vinyl copy of Invasive Species by Erosion. Killer crust/d-beat from Canada. The drummer from Sumac plays guitar in this band. Highly recommend.

At work today, I had to army crawl through a bouncy house during our field trip to grab a few student who were refusing to leave. Pretty sure that was the first time I’ve been in one of those since I was like 8.

You know what? Maybe it’s for the best that my life seems to be scaling down to “dad band” level of music involvement. I love playing the drums in bands with my friends, but I’m so tired of all the other stuff that comes with being in the music scene.
