Nashville doesn’t really have the density to support a subway but I do think we could build lightrail at grade.
Most viable route is probably downtown, airport, murfreesboro because you pick up a strong share of both commuters and tourists.

Boring got a golden ticket from the state. I expect it will get complicated quickly though. Even the downtown to airport line alone is way more than they have ever successfully completed

You’d have to find the person who did it. Using individual postage stamps for mass mailers is extremely inefficient and expensive but it indicates they undertook efforts to not be caught.
