Vegas Loop recently hit a milestone of 3mm passengers. Being open for about 1700 days, that's about 1800 per day which is roughly equivalent ridership to the 23 Dickerson WeGo line.

I think AVs will be viable soon and they are going to make traffic much worse very quickly but I do not think tesla will be at the forefront
