Will juggle for polite applause.
D&D lover. Digital marketer. Tech dabbler. I have friends everywhere. Aure entuluva.
I didn't watch any of the football show yesterday including the halftime show... but people complaining they didn't understand the words somehow missed the fact La Bamba, 99 Luftballoons, Macarena, Rock Me Amadeus, Orinoco Flow, and many other songs hit the Top 40 and aren't in English.

If I'm particularly giddy for the next few months, it can be traced back to the fact my wife bought me the D&D Lego set for my birthday/valentine's day.

How much would it cost to buy the Washington Post and how much does it cost to run per year?

Revenue was $546 million, Bezos often covered losses. Which means to me that it was improperly structured and there were missed opportunities.

I'd like to see a Public News Service take it over.

Reminder:

Epstein “committed suicide” after “extraordinary negligence by prison” under the Tyrant in the WH’s watch.

My favorite artifact in the "you don't need AI to do art" discourse is, of course, screenwriter Dan O'Bannon's sketch of the facehugger to explain it to Giger.

I've been trying to make my own salsa and have made some truly terrible batches of overly spicy, tasting like dust, or tasting like stale ketchup salsa. I finally have a recipe that combines fresh and canned but gets good because of the pickled jalepenos. Right amount of heat and sauciness.

American corporations should have a sense of patriotism and be eager to pay taxes and help make America the healthiest and most vibrant society on the planet. When an American corporation shirks its civic responsibility, it is being anti-American. Underpaying employees... anti-American.

And are there voices we currently aren't hearing because powerful men who control the media are silencing them?

Am I really to believe less than 50% of the people who play Skyrim have actually participated in the main storyline of the game?

We shouldn't be so foolish as to think Epstein group was the only group.

I cannot over-emphasize how important it will be for people to make a plan to vote early in-person this year.

“A staffer” 🤔So will they name and fire this mystery staffer? Or do they think we are all morons?

Imagine buying this excuse. Especially after they already defended it.

Can we please have a President who feels a need to elevate themselves for the office instead of a person who thinks the office is just a job?

A few years ago, the IRS got additional funding. What happened? More audits of wealthy tax cheats and better customer service for everyone else.

Fast forward to now and the IRS is so understaffed and underfunded that it’s using HR employees to process tax returns.

Trump delivers for the oligarchs.

The SAVE Act is how Republicans want to nationalize the elections. (One of the ways.) We must make sure the SAVE act is killed in Congress.

States need to make plans to protect elections.

Sign up to be a poll worker/election judge. Become the very fabric of democracy.

Oh man, I loved that site.
The CIA’s World Factbook, a repository of facts on nations that for six decades provided detailed figures on birth and death rates and major exports, relied upon first by government agents and eventually researchers, educators, journalists and more, was shuttered without warning on Wednesday.
C.I.A. World Factbook Ends Publication After 6 Decades
The Factbook, a version of which dates to 1962, provided facts, figures, maps and more to generations of economists, professors, journalists and others.
