Not a fan of the Dimitriev-Witkoff plan, but on Velshi's show, @rhodesben.bsky.social just misstated the plan's provisions for return of Ukrainian children and family reuninification.

? re plan's proposed limits on Ukraine's military (600,000 troops), is there a limit on weaponry? Item 10 implies Ukraine would retain weapons than can strike inside Russia:

"If Ukraine launches a missile at Moscow or St. Petersburg without cause, the security guarantee will be deemed invalid."
Trump's full 28-point Ukraine-Russia peace plan
The full plan was obtained by Axios and verified by Ukrainian and U.S. officials.

Article notes that Pendleton PAO, which had previously suggested (though not explicitly) that over-I5 firing was routine, has not responded to requests for any specific examples of such fires in the past. CalTrans says they dont know of any.

Key Camp Pendleton document has no approved artillery firing locations west of I-5
State says it has no record of any over-freeway fire prior to Saturday’s amphibious capabilities demonstration that temporarily closed the freeway.

1/3 Excellent, powerful piece from Susan Greenhalgh on the sale of Dominion Voting to an R former election official. A few quotes:

"... the partisan ownership of an election supplier is merely one aspect of the badly broken, opaque, and corrupted election system industry...."

Yes, the new sole owner of the second-largest voting machine company in the US has ties to *that* Ed Martin:

Dominion Voting’s new owner, Knowink founder Scott Leiendecker, was previously “hired by Ed Martin to be the Republican director of the St. Louis City Board of Election Commissioners from 2005 until 2009” (Knowink’s IT Director worked for Martin from 2011-2012.) 1/ www.wired.com/story/scott-...

I do. Biden negotiated a ceasefire in January, and got a large number of hostages home (bidenwhitehouse.archives.gov/briefing-roo...). As for Harris, the political pressures within the D Party would have forced her to be at least as tough on Netanyahu as Trump has been. But credit where it's due.

Wonderful and a relief that the living hostages are home.

And yes, kudos to President Trump for successfully pressuring Netanyahu and his government to sign on to a ceasefire agreement Hamas would accept.
