I watched The Family Stone by accident (*sobs in Withnail*) and it is awful. Little plot. Awful characters. Terrible message.
Never mind movies you’ve watched multiple times, name a movie you’ve watched once and would never watch again.

We had one of those moments yesterday, one of those short interludes that made the entire preceding 12 months of struggle worth it. All the kids were together with their grandma under one roof. I can’t tell you how impossible this was, how unreachable a goal. Utter bliss.

My daughter has decided to leave Girl Guiding following yesterdays statement. Guiding meant so much to me, and at the heart of that was always inclusivity and empowerment. I fully support my daughter’s decision. What a sad time.

One of the more tedious imports to modern life is Black Friday deals. That span an entire month. Basically nothing is ever the price it actually is from Halloween to Christmas Eve. It’s a hollow practice and I hate it. We don’t do Thanksgiving. We don’t have a Black Friday?!
