(We did get Dustin Hoffman researching Shylock and swearing a lot, which made our A-Level English teacher a bit nervous because the school TV volume knob was stuck on 11.)

I've always had a lot of time for Tim Roth ('specially since I found out he's a Dulwich boy and developed the accent to fit in better at school in Brixton, relatable (but northern)) but we did Othello and Merchant instead of Hamlet, so we missed out on the traditional Roth+Oldman A-Level treat.

You'd think, but being in the kitchen making a mess is an all-year fun thing for me. What comes out of the mess varies a bit according to time of year, but it's just a me-having-fun thing.
