I went to school with a brother and sister who had a black mom and a white dad. The sister looked basically white with brown eyes and black, wavy hair and the brother was lighter skinned black with really curly hair. You wouldn't think they'd both be siblings looking at them, lol.

I see zero chance of this going through, and it shouldn't anyways. Alberta has never been amicable with BC, and especially not with coastal First Nations, and then the nerve to talk to Smith and leave the BC government out in the cold on their talks is insane.
