they're good books, great romance books, but yeah let's not pretend they're something they're not (again, proudly love my hockey rpf!!)

sometimes it's ignorance because the only ice sport media they've seen is "yuri on ice." and sometimes it's "i could NEVER be a fan of something that has touched rpf, which is disgusting, it MUST be based on [some other media property]"
