I agree that there could well be little harm in a conditional baptism if someone desires that, for whatever reason.

They use water and the triune name of God. I think they’re good.

Sure, their theology is not orthodox for most Christians, but there are plenty of, say, Episcopal priests with heterodox theology, and I would not urge rebaptism for their folks either — as long as it’s water and the F, S, and HS.

Good idea! If you can, sometime check out the ECUSA version and see what you'd want to be different for Canada (except references to BAS instead of BCP, obvi)

So, yes, sing the correct words. And I hope organists use LEVAS II for the harmonization — much better over there.
