Lay people and clergy can pray the office once, twice, or more! And I know lay folks and clergy who pray with all those frequencies. So whatever you decide, don’t let ordination or lack thereof sway your practice.

Ben Myers’ book, The Apostles’ Creed, is mostly good. It’s a reformed take, but generally aligned with what ECUSA would teach. Can’t recommend it though because he strongly teaches universalism. YMMV

But the tone/style of the book is excellent.
