Science communication tramp.

I’ve been an informal science educator and vaccine advocate long enough to know that anti-science is not partisan.

People show us who they are by who they choose to represent them.

Years ago, when we lived right off of Lake Washington, 2 eagles got into a mid-air fight over a fish, just 15ft above our heads.

Meriwether Lewis, like Jefferson, was a local
boy in the Charlottesville area.

There are still some of the artifacts he and Cooper sent back, on display in Monticello.

That entire house is fascinating.

He took the audience for granite.

I wasn’t the only one getting restless, but I might have been more sensitive to it as I did face-to-face science presentations and engagements professionally for years.

Not sure what her angle is, but she demanded McCarthy be replaced for far less than what we’re seeing Johnson doing. I’ve seen nothing about such calls from any House Republicans.

It’s when The Matrix resets to load the next day’s simulation, obviously.

I remember this story.

It was in a pocket paperback anthology of Weird Science and Fantasy comics that I lost decades ago.

It had some incredible stories, including Judgement Day, about “racism” among robots, and the dragon St George killed being a lost alien child.

Loved that book

Well, that was disappointing. His video content is great, but his presentation was abysmal.

He broke every rule of science communication; rambling for 48 minutes about utterly irrelevant details before finally showing 8 minutes of examples of humor in his marine life video shorts.

It’s been made abundantly clear that no one with any sense of shame or morality can even consider running as a Republican.

Only sociopaths, sadists and psychopaths need apply.

Yeah, I been spendin’ way too much time around marine invertebrates. That looks like a Lemon nudibranch to me.

Includes the hit song, “We Are the Roqueforts” off their album, “Manchego-Machine.”

Hilarious film all the way through, but the funniest part was Marcel Marceau.

The Man Who Laughs

Conrad Veidt managed to express so much with just his eyes.

In photosynthesis, oxygen is a waste gas expelled during food production.

As best we know, Cyanobacteria was the the 1st to do this; making the Earth’s atmosphere livable for aerobic multicellular life, like us.

So we owe our existence to these germs farting the oxygen we need to breathe.

I can’t be the only one who remembers Vincent Price as Egghead, in the Batman TV series.

Cuz calling it “Big Gym” would only intensify the, not so subtle, porn association this already brings to mind.

And instead of the butler, it was the AI.
A story twist truly ahead of its time.

That and the Sherlock Holmes themed anniversary issue are 2 of my favorites.
