Leftist redneck from Mississippi and now NC. Brewing beer and making wine in a barn for a non profit brewery and winery is a lot better than wearing a suit all day in a Federal Courthouse
Someone stole our patio furniture for the second time, so my brother and I built some they couldn't steal.

Okay, so when you stated I was wrong, it is because you believed I was talking about wholly irrelevant topics to the thing that I explicitly stated?
November 26, 2025 at 8:18 PM
You literally stated that I was wrong when I specifically said "it wouldn't be enforceable in the US, but might be elsewhere."

Which part of my statement was "wrong"? Or are you simply too insecure to acknowledge you were wrong?

Gumbo. Perhaps. Jumbo. Perhaps not.

And of course, if you're not allergic to shellfish, you can't go wrong with seared scallops.

If you're really feeling adventurous, ribbonfish is a very light and delicate fish. Just watch out for the teeth.

Swordfish belly doesn't get quite the same billing as tuna belly, but I think that is a really missed opportunity by a lot of people.

If you're looking for lighter fare, sesame crusted and seared tuna over a fresh green salad and with a strawberry balsamic vinaigrette is a nice touch.

Tilefish cheeks and grits is always a warming crowd please and uses an oft overlooked fish.

If you're feeling more adventurous, blackened sea bass over wilted greens and served with fried plantains is also great.

If you want something more local, try a local type of sole or flounder, peel back the meat carefully from the bone and stuff it full of crab, shrimp, butter and crusty bread and broil it.

I mean you could write scientific papers on the study of cognitive dissonance on some of his comments here.

Likewise, the appeals court only found that the judge did not err in denying release. It did not find him to be a member, either. It specifically did not address that question.

No Court found him to be a meme r. There is no ruling that says that, nor does he have any criminal convictions.

What you're attempting to reference is an immigration ruling denying him release pending hearing. This is the evidence upon which he was denied release:

No. "Charlie Kirk's Murderers" is hyperbole and protected speech as it is entirely dependent upon the speakers viewpoint.

An actionable statement would be if they claimed "person x facilitated the murder by providing instructions and ammunition to carry out the murder"

Slander is defamation. Saying it is both defamation and slander is nonsensical.

I'm just saying.

I really like this response because it clearly demonstrates what they don't understand about US law. "If there isn't a law allowing it then it is prohibited" is literally the opposite of how it works.
