mrorwwwww i accidentally deleted a thread talking abt how much i project onto wraith (zombie gal <-> metaphor for connection / the "true" self only one will know after all the influence has been taken) but anyways this is really sums it up i think
every frayed thread in her body longs to go back to its original place. the only thing left of wraith is the string between the pieces, but even that will soon get pulled apart at the seams.

terminal lucidity comfort is a commodity but either way its time well spent scraping melted pennies off the countertop colours mix under ultraviolet i can rarely guage their worth when faces have lost their distinctive glow though ive not quite seen what its like to die yet i know i must be close flipping the sign doesnt bring much closure racetracks seem to kick up their own dirt only a definite number that will cling to avoidance wrapped in the bow youre supposed to untie first your house is at the end of your street where the dog roam freely between stations of heirlooms and freshly burned meat asteroid impacts fit into reality i look both ways whenever, except when i go across say youd die for me all you want, either way, ill be your loss and i patched up the wires as best as i could with washi tape, pressure and just regular glue write it up or write it off reform the notches in your teeth and skull raise a bet, praise what is left read aloud capital letters etched youve not seen me enough in the pouring rain so i must stay a little longer for the vibrations in the earth to drive away snakes if its not efficiency's matter what is there to take or chase? measure exactly half across, in hardly any displacement flutter all up to the edge of the green-stained alleyway hide behind one sided open doors (still warching,) that wont ever let you out of this place cleaning out goldfish tanks and racing to the end of the cul-de-sac, anything goes when its already been sent too aware its ill-advised, ill apologise for staying late fermenting in its curing process, pathologise my every break though i still count every step away from home, i know i must depart, when the floor shakes so high up and sputtering sirens who wouldnt leave their cart? at last ill move a muscle, tear the rotting metal from my arms quiet anticipation of measuring minutes with an irregularly beating heart

grief egodeath looms now a sooner promise than any actual release to rest my back against something fully human and fuse into letting myself become fully intertwined with it, to follow the trail and chase the dragonflies back to my hometown where i watched them die before me and prayed i hadnt failed faded photographs and overplayed moments to remember songs by (a few words for all which i could not retain.) oh, settle down, slow your heart to a crawl now, wash the ocean, fade its colour, river water rushing in let the sand that tears at your limbs be replaced with kicking up finely ground up cement from just a year ago stand in the midst, a painted line let it zoom past you if you believe nothing else than how i couldnt care for a child whose parent ive not met before or even just care about a feeling calling out into the echo, i heed your answer, "who am i?" reverberating past thinner walls, an answer someone just like me didn't await oh nothing, i am nothing, ive become a relay to be passed on through what we cant predict on preconcieved notions of fitting into place, taking the smallest room for you need it more and i know better (than to decorate, a second chance to run away-) i still vividly remember digging nails under the dirt acting like i still have hope to find what i have lost a notebook page that falls astray a bucketlist for every day but you act like there is nothing left only nothing can be made from nothing no matter how it sounds or if it soothes take this advice and dont reuse it without keeping a scented marker for yourself too- how do you breathe knowing you wont breathe forever? and with the way it ebbs and flows there may as well not be another sunday- i'll circle the waves and come back each time for i stagnate as soon as i can knot every string to keep my anchor within the cell of a riptide ...hanging around on your back porch or sit on the edge one would usually stand on feel the wet grass tear at my palms for what could be the last …
