The summit in London has begun.

European and NATO leaders have gathered to discuss the future of humanity and Ukraine, without the United States. This is the largest reconfiguration of nations since World War 2.

The Echoes of Fallen Republics: What History Teaches Us About America Today
History warns us: republics fall not from invaders but from within. Rome, Athens, and Venice crumbled under inequality, division, and civic neglect—echoes we see in America today. Yet, their stories also offer hope. By reviving civic engagement, rejecting apathy, and demanding accountability, Americans can rewrite their republic’s future.

It amazes me the number of people regretting their voting choice. You were upset at a group of rich people not voting your interests so you picked a group of different rich people who now don’t vote your interests either🤔

what’s the common denominator here?

Everyone keeps saying DOGE has saved all this money but where is it? Has it actually been returned to the American people and if so how? I haven’t seen my costs go down. Where’s my tax refunds for lost money? What programs benefit from new found money?

Clearly we have a breakdown of USA XP…Can we build a new USA 25 H2, run it in parallel to the one that is clearly having issues, and failover when the new one is “production-ready?”

You mean all this news on tariffs and focus on Elon could be a conspiracy to cover up insider trading for billionaires in the know 🤔
Anyone who happened to know that the White House would announce and then suspend tariffs within 24 hours just made a boatload of money.

When Should a CIO Hold the Dual Role of CIO and CISO?
The roles of Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) are both critical to the success of modern organizations. As digital transformation accelerates and cyber threats grow in complexity, the question of whether a single individual can effectively hold both titles has become a topic of debate. While there are scenarios where combining the roles makes sense, there are also significant risks and challenges that organizations must consider.

My daughter and I had a discussion about politics yesterday. Had she voted, she would have voted Trump. She is against abortion. I told her I was sorry for her choice but supported her right to do so.

I suggested libertarian.

What if a majority actually voted for a third choice 🤔 might they win?

Setting Up a Secure Threat Intelligence Portal on Raspberry Pi
Toward the end of 2024, I had planned a proof of concept project for work. I realized it would not run on my old model 2 RPi. While planning how I was going to build out my POC, I received a model 4 RPi for my birthday. The model 4 is a fairly decent upgrade over the model 2. Yet, it would not be enough for my needs.
