It's pretty straightforward - zenithal white over black base coat, one layer of UV reactive fluorescent green paint, drybrush white, another layer of green, drybrush white again, pick out any details.

It seems possible to me that they basically are just repeating, like a broken telephone, a message that is everywhere, mostly due to the deliberate perversion of our normal media channels through far-right propaganda, due to the artificial boosting of their messaging online.

£200 per chair feels a lot but it isn't going to get you a particularly high quality chair unless you're buying second hand.

These aren't extravagant chairs in the world of office furniture, for instance an office I worked a while back used the third one on the list for all staff members

It's infuriating how arbitrary the cut-off is. I had to slowly click three times in a row every time I spotted something in order to pass.
