I've indeed noticed that IPAs can often reveal themselves a little more as they warm up.

So what makes something a "cold IPA"?

I guess down here we don't grasp how popular they are up there. They take up a tiny proportion of shelf space, but at least we see them. You probably wouldn't like Flying Monkeys a whole lot either because they are also quite heavy (11+% ABV) and have wacky flavorings. (Plus they're expensive)
