I would bet a large amount of money that on the other side of this transaction they are buying the cash from dispensaries (at a discount!), because dispensaries can't deposit at federally-licensed banks (i.e. all normal banks)

If that was true we would see
* Those who consume more "toxins" would be disproportionately affected
* Eliminating "toxins" would immediately stop the disease
* Surgery and other treatment wouldn't be so darn effective
* We would know what the "toxins" are instead of having to spout vague BS
