Its use has been overwhelmingly bad for Canadian society. DoFo was the pioneer of the free use of the clause for whatever fleeting concern he had. One would hope, with enough bad people pissing in the pool, we would change the rules to stop it.

There's a lot of variation there that could change the game quite a bit.
