I have had one of the strangest weeks of my legal career:
-My firm won TX redistricting case.
-Trump's bogus RICO against me was in 11th Cir.
-Accused in deranged opinion of being a Soros puppet.

I write about all of this and more tomorrow. Join Democracy Docket now to receive. hubs.ly/Q03CbHTt0

We have a US administration trying to bully Ukrainians into accepting Russia’s proposal that their sovereignty be undone. Aside from the naked injustice of this, there are five basic practical reasons why it would make the world far more dangerous.

The military service, which falls under the Department of Homeland Security, has drafted a new policy that classifies such items “potentially divisive.”

Record it.
All of it.
Every crime ICE commits.
One day, Trump will be gone. His apologists will be disgraced.
Law and Order will resume.
And every single one of these mask-wearing criminals will be prosecuted.
Noem and Bondi too.
"The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice."
ICE point gun at father in front of son—drag him out of truck by smashing window.

"Please put the gun down! That's my dad!" son cries. "You're hurting him... Look he's bleeding!"

"Why did you break window? He wasn't doing anything."

The people who presently run Texas are afraid of letting their own people vote. Illegal says the court — but let’s add shameful and cowardly.
“Substantial evidence shows that Texas racially gerrymandered the 2025 Map."

In a bombshell decision on Tuesday, a federal court in Texas blocked a new congressional map that was created after President Trump demanded that the state redraw district lines to hand Republicans five new seats.
A Trump-appointed judge just blocked Trump’s Texas gerrymander
Trump could lose the redistricting war he started.

The citizens were unarmed, no threat at all to the ICE guy. He just didn't like being challenged.

That's NOT America.

Also -- How's the economy working for you? Can your kid find a job? A cup of fucking COFFEE costs 20% more than it did last year.

But sure, let's spend more on ICE.
Unbelievable, ICE unloaded Pepper spray directly in the face of protesters yesterday in St. Paul MN -
