(2) called the cops yesterday to trespass (1) and (3) from her property and refused to have a conversation with them in the presence of police. (2) is also an immigration attorney, and would be a nightmare to deal with in court. (1) is worried how this will affect installing an 8-12ft concrete fence

(2) left 4 trash bags at the curb next to her full trash bins, and (3) had space in her bins, so (3) grabbed 2 bags and put it in her bin so it could be picked up with less hassle to our garbage truck driver. (3) also had the audacity to let (2)’s contractors know about missing shingles.

Apparently, (1) and the elderly lady neigubor (3) on the other side of her have been dealing with (2)’s garbage blowing across their yards, because she doesn’t tie her trash bags, and leaves them at the curb or in her driveway when her bin is full. (1) returns it to the bags in the driveway for her.
