Obviously Jackson & Livingstone, but I always thought about them as "book writers" rather than "game designers" even when Sir Ian moved on to computer games.
The first name I consciously acknowledged as "rpg designer" was Kevin Siembieda, due to the extremely memorable cover of the Rifts core book.

We held our annual #FFXIV Halloween Spooktacular House Party last night, and the standards in the costume contest were just off the charts. I wish we'd had 20 prizes to give out, not just 3.
The quiz went well, only one question that had people stumped and an exciting two horse race for 1st place.
