That reminds me. I once ordered two identical fur jackets online, one 14 and one 16 so I could keep the one that fitted best. When I put one on top of the other I found they were both the same size, the only difference being the size labels.

From a trans perspective, having watched how the tide has turned, I can say, don't cultivate heroes. Always reserve judgement on everyone.

Clinical trial takes the same erroneous framing as the review, because it treats blockers as an ad hoc cure for "distress" during the time of the treatment rather than as a holistic treatment for giving a trans person an acceptable life.
It does this having complained of lack of longitudinal data.

Or how do you think these tiny anti trans groups that have suddenly sprung up for the sole purpose of destroying the lives of trans people, have been getting all the money for litigation, and how do they get to be platformed by the media and quoted by politicians in preference to trans people?

Realistically, complaints against the LGB Alliance not being upheld by the Charity Commission, the EHRC or the ICO, doesn't really mean that much these days, does it?

Using a necessary response to an existential threat as an opportunity for economic bargaining and infighting seems suicidal to me, and that goes as much for the UK doing it as it does for EU nations.

The reason European countries are exploring other alliances is because the biggest NATO country suddenly seems to be aligning with Russian interests.

Say the UK was threatened with invasion by Russia, the UK asks for help, EU countries say "get rekt UK you left the EU," the UK is invaded, how would the EU's security be assisted by Russia having a base for planes and missiles 21 miles away?

So why are EU nations bothering helping defend Ukraine when it isn't an EU member? And how would the EU be more secure by the EU developing a smaller defence club that doesn't include other non EU countries that share defence interests?
