Staying with friends this weekend. They give zero shits about the footy, so I have largely avoided all the #LFC drama - plenty of scope for that later. In the meantime, here’s China Crisis at Chester Live Rooms this evening - they’re a band that makes me really happy, despite the Reds implosion.

It’s Paul’s birthday today, he would’ve been 57. I think of him every day, but particularly birthdays and Christmas, when he should be here celebrating and being spoilt and generally just loving life in the big and bold way that he had. Hold your loved ones close, life can change so quickly.
