#RomanticsAnonymous is a sweet slow-burn romcom about two anxiety-ridden souls trying to connect w/the world. They're easy to root for, as is everyone else in this chocolate shop world. Mental illness is portrayed in all its facets, and minus a few HIIPA violations, fairly accurately.

If you've followed my journey w/the jdrama #LearningtoLove, you know I was a bit obsessed, but I wasn't the only one. This unconventional romance demanded commentary & the wait for the 1-a-week 45-min ep nearly did people in. The show is best binged, and all eps are out now.

Tubi and Roku are legal and free, and their libraries are bonkers good! Prime also has cj enm subscriptions (most of those are free on Tub and Roku, but I'm going to try out the free 7-day off and binge the ones that aren't.) Kocowa has a great deal now:

#Butterfly is a Korean-English fusion drama w/great actors (recognizable SK ones & even the English-speaking ones iykyk) incredible action and unique SK landscapes. However, w/o these neat pops, show's rather basic & the emotional output & stilted dialogue sticks out.

Choon Seung as a character could have been really insufferable, but Yoo Soo Bin prevents him from being a total buffoon. There's a sweetness about him that comes through, and the comedy beats are played well.

#MyDearestNemesis was a decent little romcom that wrapped up everything neatly (maybe too neatly) & served up some cracky OSTs. Choi Hyun Wook gave a charming performance in an adult role, while Moon Woo Jin took it early on. The 2nd couple was the more of a romantic draw of the two though.
