In general, the following is true:
The following two conditions are sufficient to remove your online anonymity completely: (1) you have pissed off someone with sufficient resources; and (2) you have made one mistake ever.

I propose that we call this Tewson's Law.

Truly the most appropriate name for this law

Found out a few years ago that most cruise ships have a morgue with the capacity for 5-10ish bodies.

People die on these things more than you'd expect, although the number of heart attacks is less surprising given the demographic and things to do on the ship

Based on some of Alito's questions and comments, I'm guessing they shoot for "this is a one-off, and based on deference to the executive in this magically unique situation"

They just shadow docket everything else until they find a better vehicle or the whole thing is rendered pointless by fascism.

I just think it's not fully ready for large-scale implementation. You'd need infrastructure updates, less human drivers, completely unique safety standards, etc.

I mean, they "work", except for the basically daily videos of Waymos actively driving erratically, blocking traffic (and trains!), and otherwise being essentially unable to handle sharing the road with human drivers if they slightly deviate from expected behavior (so basically always).

Or this:
Driverless Waymo vehicle goes through tense police stop in L.A.
Video shows the Waymo passing a white pickup pulled over in Los Angeles by several police cruisers with their lights flashing as the suspected driver lies on the ground.
