So much of this is about access for the school (which is split on both sides of the road). The existing subway is *busy* when it’s busy. This thing needs to both more than cover those peaks, and make a step change in enabling active travel for kids.

The more I think about it, the more I’m starting to think that the AI component is probably about dressing up the LinkedIn profile of the people who were in charge of the project.
