so I think the RP/wargaming split wasn't necessarily literally wanting to move armies around on a map but more like, to what extent are you primarily trying to achieve objectives in the game (and possibly RPing based on that) vs primarily trying to play a character (who might be pursuing goals)

fun fact: one of the very first things every single #OVER/UNDER mod said, upon becoming mod, was something to the effect of "holy moly that's a lot of channels"

I would guess that the during the run of the game the most active players had access to probably like, thirtyish of those at most (Dream, Public Works, out-of-game, and two or three factions), and less-active players something like ten or fifteen. significantly fewer if you don't count out-of-game
