Since 2020, both for obvious global reasons and my personal health/life situation, I’m lucky if I get to 10 in a calendar year. I have conflicted feelings about this but I do miss more regular trips.

It’s much much better than this but it’s a lot like The Clone Wars thing they released as a movie.

I think it works more than barely but you are not wrong about the pacing. I think it might be best viewed as part of TAS more than as a full blown movie.

It has a bunch of my favorite things. Musical numbers, scenes about process, behind-the-scenes dramatizations, and great actors being great.

This is true. But there were plenty of movies I saw around then that I didn’t “get“ but appreciated on some level. With that one, though, I thought my teacher was high when they praised it.
