Hahaha ya... This is one of those urban legends of design systems that will live on for ever! I actually need to do a deep dive into hierarchy vs intent vs emphasis because I feel like they are easily confused.

They're mostly avoidable with some intentional foundations like a systems map showing how information flows, architecture decision records (even scrappy ones), thoughtful token structure and naming patterns, and documentation that explains the "why" not just the "what."

I'm really worried about the people who are forgetting to learn and think along the way and taking everything their vibe code partner of choice is telling them as the truth. It's the software version of fake news...
