The four 2nd gen kittens this morning. JJ, Agent J, Agent K, and Niall 2.0. All so tiny. Junior was hiding, as she's wary of the kittens and Sayah. Sayah was behind me, watching over and getting her own treats.

Saw a comment today in which someone, extolling the virtues of AI, said that they can churn out a "year's worth of python code" in 30 minutes. And I'm just going to say, if it takes your team a year to write the same code an LLM can push out in 30 minutes, you have hired the wrong team.

Niall and Sayah. I have to keep them separated, as Sayah will attack Niall and chase her out of the garden, as Sayah has AT LEAST three kittens to feed (Agent J, Agent K, and Niall 2.0). I tried to explain that there's PLENTY of food, but Sayah won't listen.

Some years ago, I made a small icosahedron (maybe 1.5" diam) out of sterling silver wire welded together. Just a quick thing to practice some welds. The orange boys have, this morning, discovered it, and are batting it about the room gleefully.

So, I have this cool little Guatemalan jade heart pendant with an 18k ring. Was thinking about putting it on an 18k necklace, but that adds another $600 to the cost. So I may slap this on a silver necklace and then do a giveaway for Valentine's.

I am SO not cut out for the required detachment necessary to care for a bunch of outdoor ferals. I'm just not. I fret too much. I need them to all be safe and healthy all the time, and the reality is that cats outdoors live in continual danger, and leaving them outdoors is a death sentence.

My wife things we're getting scammed by Sayah... who may have more kittens than she's shown us. There are 4 kittens in this vid. And I think I've only ever seen 1 of them before in the daylight. We are inundated with mouths to feed and trap.

Niall and I had to do treats around the corner from the hutch today because she is TERRIFIED of Sayah and JJ. JJ chased her around the corner, so we went and did treats in private while Sayah and JJ had some food.

Sayah and JJ hunting for treats. Sayah's a dilute tortie, and we believe the JJ is her kitten. Maybe the only one. We don't know for sure. She's not a year old yet, so I think she'd still make a decent pet if we can get her trapped and corralled. JJ is totes adorbs. They're inseparable atm.

Protests in China at the moment for the same thing that hit jewellers over here: they bought a bunch of silver and gold over the counter from customers, then sold it to the refineries. But the refineries didn't pay immediately, as that's how it works...

Look... I know everyone's trying to bring manufacturing back to the US and all, but I'm going to say this: anyone who designs products in Imperial units should be banned from designing for life. Imperial units are absolute nonsense for manufacturing.
