As someone who was impressed when he first saw 3 1/2 floppy disks with a whopping 1.44 MB of storage, it's deeply unsettling that micro SD cards—something you could almost accidentally swallow—go up to 1TB, with 1.5TB coming any day now.

Chachi left us this weekend after short battle with lymphoma. He was a fantastic cat - friendly to everyone he every encountered and loved to talk to anyone who would listen. He gave us nearly 15 years of love and affection. You'll be missed, my wonderful boy.

This beautiful girl, Imani, graced us with a glorious morning. She was **fast**. We watched her stalk, then trot, then run, and thought, "wow, she's fast!" and then she **actually** put on the jets and my god she was fast.

I'd love to give a photo of a hippo skull to one of those artists that recreate what a dinosaur looked like based on the skeleton just to see how different it would be from an actual hippo.
