Another reminder to not trust (and definitely verify) what Ai spews forth. In one of the cheapest states to live in, a new central unit, installed, is much much more than this says. Try $10K!!

I had my booster a few years ago. Go get it boomers.
Had my MMR booster this past summer and am gladder every day that I did.
Measles is a bellwether. Because it’s the most contagious vaccine-preventable disease, when vaccination rates drop, it’s the first to start spreading.

Now we’ve got mumps rolling up.

Expect more.

This is just the beginning of RFK Jr.’s successful infectious disease reintroduction plan.

A good thing happened today: Haitians in Springfield, Ohio and elsewhere are (for now) safe from the planned ethnic cleansing operation. This happened because people came together — organizers, reporters, and those who care — and made it happen. Let’s take the win and continue the work.

In Springfield, Ohio, people are preparing in advance of a “large deportation” promised by the president. To all appearances, the city is 2 or 3 days from a federal ethnic cleansing, grounded in a hate campaign organized by the vice-president and American Nazis.

NEW: The story of America’s largest national strike for 100 years.

Here are the biggest protests from Jan 30, 2026. And national news still did their best to ignore the scale of what happened yesterday.

NO SENATE VOTE TONIGHT

Couldn’t get all senators to allow a speedy vote. Schumer tells reporters Lindsey Graham is blocking it. “That’s the holdup,” Schumer tells reporters. Graham wants to keep a provision letting him sue to pocket $500,000 over J6 phone records seized.

This video is now banned for US users on Tik Tok.

The platform has fallen to the regime.

And this is EXACTLY the kind of footage they DON’T want US citizens to see.

Calling protest “lawlessness,” faith communities “mobs,” and local governance “obstruction” is how they justify overreach. We see it for what it is. Minnesota does not need permission to protect its people, its rights, or its democracy.

Bad news: I had to buy a new refrigerator.
Worse news: my HVAC is still not repaired/replaced and won't be for some time. 😥

It IS a prelude to something worse. Why do you think they went after Mark Kelly and his colleagues for reminding the military that they don't have to follow illegal orders? I know we all think trump is stupid af, but the people pulling his strings are not stupid. Evil. But not stupid.
I hope these fears prove overblown, but right now I am extremely concerned about the Justice Department accusing state leaders of domestic terrorism because they refuse to assist racist immigration crackdowns. Seems like a prelude to something even worse. slate.com/news-and-pol...
