A nice thing with this type of surgery is that since they don’t need to paralyze you to remove teeth while you’re asleep, it’s safer bc you’re still breathing on your own the whole time you’re asleep, just like when you take a nap and IMO the sleep is a little more refreshing than a normal nap.

I’m sure you’ll do great, but it’s totally normal to feel an anxious. Having your fave soups, smoothies, or other soft foods ready to go might help since your TM joint might be a little sore from them having to hold your mouth open wide for so long to get to those teeth.

I would also call the White House's Veterans Complaint Line 855-948-2311, and then find a civil rights attorney who works on contingency.
